About Low-stock Items
Please understand that even when you have placed items in your shopping cart, if another customer makes a purchase and the stock level changes (goes down) before you complete your order by reaching the Order Confirmation page, we may not be able to provide you with your desired number of items.
About Out-of-stock Items
We cannot accept orders for items marked as “Currently out-of-stock”. For restocking information, we will put a notice on our website as each item becomes available. Please understand that we cannot automatically update customers about back-in-stock items, but if you contact customer support explaining that you would like to purchase something that is currently out-of-stock, we will notify you by email when it comes back in stock.
About Delivery Times
Shipping times will vary depending on method of payment and stock levels.
For items which are in stock
We will ship within 3 business days of confirmation of Paypal payment
For items which are not in stock
For special-order, custom-order, and out-of-stock items, it can take from 1 week to 3 months for shipment. We will contact you individually with an estimated delivery date.
